Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients

  • Long Grain Rice … 2 Cups
  • Chopped Garlic … 1 tbsp
  • Olive Oil … 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce … 2 to 3 tsp
  • Vinegar … ¾ to 1 tbsp
  • Salt … as required
  • Carrots ( Finely Chopped ) … ¼ Cup
  • Bell Peppers ( Finely Chopped ) … ¼ Cup
  • Beans … ¼ Cup
  • Cabbage ( Finely chopped ) … 3 tbsp
  • Spring Onion ( Finely Chopped ) … 3 tbsp

Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe Cooking Steps

  1.  Pick, wash and soak rice for 20to30 minutes and then bring to boil into an open mouth skillet till thoroughly done.
  2.  Heat cooking oil in a wok and sauté chopped garlic, mace and star anise till they are aromatic.
  3.  Add chopped veggies and fry for a minute or two but add bell pepper in the end in order to keep it crunchy.
  4.  Add vinegar, salt and rice; mix well on high flame for two minutes.
  5.  Garnish with spring onion before serving.
