Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients
- Long Grain Rice … 2 Cups
- Chopped Garlic … 1 tbsp
- Olive Oil … 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce … 2 to 3 tsp
- Vinegar … ¾ to 1 tbsp
- Salt … as required
- Carrots ( Finely Chopped ) … ¼ Cup
- Bell Peppers ( Finely Chopped ) … ¼ Cup
- Beans … ¼ Cup
- Cabbage ( Finely chopped ) … 3 tbsp
- Spring Onion ( Finely Chopped ) … 3 tbsp
Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe Cooking Steps
- Pick, wash and soak rice for 20to30 minutes and then bring to boil into an open mouth skillet till thoroughly done.
- Heat cooking oil in a wok and sauté chopped garlic, mace and star anise till they are aromatic.
- Add chopped veggies and fry for a minute or two but add bell pepper in the end in order to keep it crunchy.
- Add vinegar, salt and rice; mix well on high flame for two minutes.
- Garnish with spring onion before serving.
