Thai Yellow Curry Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken Boness, Thinly Sliced … 1/4 kg
  • Yellow Curry Paste … 4 tbsp
  • Yellow Curry Powder … 1 tsp
  • Thick Coconut Milk … 1 cup
  • Thin Coconut Milk … 1 cup
  • Potatoes, Half Boiled and Cut in Cubes … 2
  • Sugar … 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce … 3 tbsp

Thai Yellow Curry Recipe Cooking Steps

Step 1: Heat a wok and pour in the thick coconut milk. Fry for 5 minutes stirring continuously, until the coconut oil separates from the milk.

Step 2: Next add the yellow curry paste and the yellow curry powder. Fry for another 2 minutes.

Step 3: Add the chicken and potato. Cook till the chicken changes color.

Step 4: Pour in the thin coconut milk and bring to a boil.

Step 5: Add sugar and soya sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes more

Step 6: Serve hot with steamed or boiled Thai rice.
