White Rice with Jalfrezi Ingredient:

- Red chili (crushed) …. 1 tsp
- Green chili (chopped) …. 6
- Tomato ketchup …. 1 ½ cup
- Cooking oil …. 6 tbsp
- Salt …. As required
- Ginger (chopped) …. 1 ½ tbsp
- Garlic paste …. 1 tbsp
- White vinegar …. 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice …. 3 tbsp
- Fresh coriander …. ½ bunch

White Rice with Jalfrezi Preparation Method:
Heat cooking oil in a pot and half fry garlic paste into it and then add chicken cubes along with salt and fry till the chicken gets whitish in color.

Add green chili into the cooking pot and let it get fried with the chicken.
Add capsicum and ginger and cover the lid for 2to3 minutes so that the aroma of capsicum and ginger may arise.
Add tomato ketchup, ½ lemon juice, ½ vinegar and again cover the lid and let the chicken simmer over low flame for 5to7 minutes.

Uncover the lid and stir continuously on high flame for two more minutes.
Take a separate pot and spread one third of the boiled rice into its bottom.

Finally make a thin layer of rice and sprinkle fresh coriander over it, pour the remaining vinegar and lemon juice and cover the lid of the pot.
Place the pot over low flame for 4 to 5 minutes so that they must get cooked fully. Delicious white rice with jalfrezi are ready to serve.
