  • Colored Vermicelli … 1 Packet
  • Milk … 1 Kg
  • Sugar … ½ Cup
  • Whole Dried Milk … ½ Cup
  • Crushed Cardamom … 1 Tbsp
  • Dry Fruits … ½ Cup
  • Cooking Oil … ½ Cup

Rangoli Sheer Khurma Recipe Cooking Steps

Step 1:

Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry crushed cardamom until its aroma arises.

Step 2:

Add colored vermicelli and fry.

Step 3:

Take a separate pot and bring milk to boil into it along with half cup sugar.

Step 4:

Add whole dried milk into the boiling milk and dissolve thoroughly.

Step 5:

After the whole dried milk is thoroughly mixed up into the milk, add half cup of dry fruits also.

Step 6:

Finally add vermicelli and let the sheer khurma be cooked until vermicelli is done.

Step 7:

Dish the rangoli sheer khurma out, garnish with sliced dry fruits.
