Rajasthani Beef with Chili Recipe Ingredients
- Undercut ( Thinly Sliced ) … ½ kg
- Oil … ½ Cup
- Ginger / Garlic Paste … 2 Tsp
- Red Chili Powder … 1 Tsp
- Turmeric … ¼ Tsp
- Tomato Puree … 2 Tbsp
- Hoisen Sauce … 2 Tbsp
- Yogurt … 4 Tbsp
- Salt … 1 Tsp
- Cumin ( Roasted and Crushed ) … 1 Tsp
- Ginger ( Julienne Cut ) … 1 Tbsp
- Green Chilies ( Cut into Fine Julienne ) … 6
- Capsicum ( Cut Julienne ) … 1
Rajasthani Beef with Chili Recipe Cooking Steps
Heat cooking oil and fry into it undercut with ginger garlic paste for 5 minute.
Add all the dry seasonings including turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds and red chili powder.
After frying the seasonings for few minutes, add tomato puree, yogurt and Hoisen sauce and stir fry for two minutes.
Cover the lid and let the curry be cooked for 10 minutes.
In the end, you have to add green chilies, ginger and capsicum after cutting them into julienne shape and fry these too with the beef undercut for 2to3 minutes.
Take care of one thing that the green chili and capsicum must not lose their beautiful color, they must only be half fried so that a greenish touch may look prominent in the beef when served.
