Peshawari Chapli Kababs Ingredients
- Minced Beef … 1 kg
- Beef Fats … 1 Cup
- Crushed Pomegranate … 1 Cup
- Solid Pomegranate … ½ Cup
- Eggs … 6
- Salt … 1 ½ tsp
- Garlic … 12 Cloves
- Coriander … 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes … 3
- Fresh Coriander … ½ Bunch
- Green Chilies … 10 – 12
- Onion … 1 kg
- Cooking Oil … 1 Cup
- Crushed Red Chili … 1 tsp
- Corn Flour … 2 tbsp
Peshawari Chapli Kababs Cooking Steps
Grind onions and drain water.
Chop well in a chopper, Minced beef, Beef fats, crushed pomegranate, Solid pomegranate, Salt, Garlic, Coriander, Tomatoes, Fresh coriander, Green chilies.
Mix into the mixture; crushed red chili, beaten eggs, corn flour and onion paste well.
Take 3 tbsp of the kebab mixture on your palm, shape into a ball and then flatten by pressing another palm on the ball. Shape all the kebabs in the same way.
Heat cooking oil on an iron griddle and shallow fry peshawri chapli kabab on it from both sides.
Keep the kebabs on pressing with the help of some wooden ladle while frying so that there may left no bad smell or raw smell of the beef in the kebabs. Chapli kebabs must be dark brown in color when fully cooked.
Serve accompanied with onion rings, sliced lemon and simple yogurt.
