Bakrey Key Paye – Mutton Paya Recipe Ingredients

  • Mutton Trotters or Paye … 4
  • Salt … ½ tsp
  • Red Chilly Powder … 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric … ¼ tsp
  • Cloves of Garlic, Chopped … 5
  • Oil … 4 tbsp
  • Garam Masala … ¼ tsp

Bakrey Key Paye – Mutton Paya Recipe Cooking Steps

Step 1: Clean and wash the mutton trotters properly.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add the garlic cloves.

Step 3: Once garlic changes color, add the trotters and 2 liters of water to it.

Step 4: Add the red chilli, salt and turmeric and mix well.

Step 5: Close the pressure cooker and cook on high flame for 20 minutes.

Step 6: Now turn off the flame. Let the steam out and remove lid.

Step 7: Sprinkle garam masala on top for enhanced taste.

Enjoy with hot naan or bread.
