- Onion (Chopped) … 1
- Tomatoes (Chopped) … 1
- Ginger Paste … 1 Tbsp
- Garlic Paste … 2 Tbsp
- Green Chili Paste … 1 Tbsp
- Curd … ¼ Cup
- Cream … ¼ Cup
- Turmeric Powder … ½ Tsp
- All Spice Powder … 1 ½ Tsp
- Red Chili Powder … 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder … 1 Tsp
- Salt … 1 Tsp
- Butter … ¼ Cup
- Cooking Oil … 4 Tbsp
- Fresh Coriander … 2 Tbsp
Mutton Makhani By Zarnak Sidhwa Cooking Steps
Heat cooking oil in a cooking pot and fry onion into it until light golden in color.
Add ginger garlic paste and golden fry.
Now you have to add mutton into the cooking pot and fry for 5to6 minutes over low flame.
Add into the mutton; chopped tomatoes, green chili paste and 2 cup of water and cook the mutton over low flame after covering the lid of the pot.
When the mutton is done and water evaporates, add curd, turmeric powder, all spice powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt and fry well.
Mix cream into the mutton and switch the flame off.
Finally add butter into the mutton; mix and serve hot with Roghani Naan.
