How To Cook Mutton Kunna : Pakistani Recipe Cooking Steps
Heat cooking oil in a wok and fry mutton into it for 5to8 minutes along with ginger garlic paste, red chili and salt.
Add yogurt into the mutton and fry well.
Add water into mutton and cook over very low flame until tender.
Grind the cumin seeds, aniseed, black pepper, dry ginger, cardamoms, cloves, nutmeg and mace to a fine powder and then sieve it.
Add 4 tbsp of that sieved powder of spices into the mutton; cover the lid and cook for few minutes over low flame.
Roast flour over iron griddle; dissolve into two cup of water and then gradually add into the mutton and stir and cook for few minutes.
Fry onion slices in a separate pan and then add into mutton kunna.
Garnish mutton kunna with green chili and ginger flakes and lemon slices before serving.
