  • Boneless Fish Fillet … 1 kg
  • Ginger / Garlic Paste … 2 tbsp
  • Grinded Cinnamon Sticks … ½ tsp
  • Pepperika … 1 tsp
  • Fresh Red Chili … 2
  • Tomato Paste … 1 Cup
  • Tomato ( Sliced ) … 4
  • Onion ( Sliced ) … 2
  • Crushed Black Pepper … 1 tsp
  • Salt … 1 tsp
  • Capsicum ( Sliced ) … 2
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves … ½ Bunch
  • Vinegar … 2 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil … 4 tbsp

Healthy Moroccan Fish Recipe by Rida Aftab Cooking Steps

Step 1:

In a bowl; make a mixture by mixing ginger/garlic paste, cinnamon powder, pepperika, fresh red chili, tomato paste, crushed black pepper and salt.

Step 2:

Wash the fish neatly after rubbing salt on it; coat the mixture of spices and let the fish fillets marinate for one complete hour.

Step 3:

Grease an oven tray well and place fish fillets into it.

Step 4:

Spread sliced tomatoes, onions, capsicum and fresh coriander over fish fillets and place into oven.

Step 5:

Bake fish fillets on 200 degrees for half an hour and take out.

Step 6:

Enjoy delicious and healthy Moroccan fish with your loved ones.
