- Boneless Fish Fillet … 1 kg
- Ginger / Garlic Paste … 2 tbsp
- Grinded Cinnamon Sticks … ½ tsp
- Pepperika … 1 tsp
- Fresh Red Chili … 2
- Tomato Paste … 1 Cup
- Tomato ( Sliced ) … 4
- Onion ( Sliced ) … 2
- Crushed Black Pepper … 1 tsp
- Salt … 1 tsp
- Capsicum ( Sliced ) … 2
- Fresh Coriander Leaves … ½ Bunch
- Vinegar … 2 tbsp
- Cooking Oil … 4 tbsp
Healthy Moroccan Fish Recipe by Rida Aftab Cooking Steps
In a bowl; make a mixture by mixing ginger/garlic paste, cinnamon powder, pepperika, fresh red chili, tomato paste, crushed black pepper and salt.
Wash the fish neatly after rubbing salt on it; coat the mixture of spices and let the fish fillets marinate for one complete hour.
Grease an oven tray well and place fish fillets into it.
Spread sliced tomatoes, onions, capsicum and fresh coriander over fish fillets and place into oven.
Bake fish fillets on 200 degrees for half an hour and take out.
