- Lemon … 6
- Cumin Seeds ( Roasted and Powdered ) … 1 tsp

- Turmeric Powder … 1 tsp
- Rice … 1 tbsp
- Water … 4 Cup
- Crushed Red Chili … 1 tbsp
- Carom Seeds … ½ tsp
- Rice Flour … 2 tbsp
- Salt … to taste
- Cooking Oil for Frying … as required
How to Make Lahori Fish Fry at Home Cooking Steps
Mix rice into water and cook thoroughly.
Add into the rice water, turmeric powder and lemon juice; keep aside.
Mix into gram flour, carom seeds, rice flour, all spice powder, cumin and red chili.
Coat fish pieces with rice water and then with gram flour mixture; marinate for 30 minutes.
