- Sugar … 1 Tsp
- Butter … 1 Cup

Kashmiri Meetha Naan Recipe Cooking Steps
First of all we have to make naan filling; for which take a bowl and mix together into it honey, sugar and dry fruits.
Take a little Luke warm water and dissolve in it yeast and 1 tsp sugar; keep aside.
When yeast arises, add white flour, salt and 1 cup butter.
Knead the flour with a little volume of water or milk and make balls.
Roll the balls and fill up the filling in the center and then fold. Brush with egg white so that it must properly get sealed.
Bake the naan at 200 degree for five minutes. Apply some butter and again bake for few minutes.
Delicious kashmiri meetha naan is good to eat fresh and hot.
