- Prawns … 500 gm
- Yogurt ( Whipped ) … 250 grams
- Onion ( Cut Finely ) … 125 grams
- Ginger Paste … 2 tsp
- Garlic Paste … 2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder … 3 tsp
- Turmeric Powder … ½ tsp
- Ginger ( Sliced ) … 25 grams
- Cream … ½ Cup
- Butter … 50 grams
- Salt … To taste
- Oil … 200 grams
Ginger Prawn Curry Recipe Cooking Steps
Wash and clean prawns properly.
Heat cooking oil in a cooking pot and golden fry onion into it.
Add ginger garlic; cook for few minutes and then add red chili, turmeric powder, and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
