Diet Baked Yogurt Chicken Recipe Ingredients
- Curry Leaves … 2
- Red Chili Powder … 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder … 1 Tsp
- Yogurt (Whipped) … 1 Cup
- Lemon Juice … 3 Tbsp
- Olives Oil … 2 Tbsp
- Salt … To Taste
- Leg Pieces of Chicken … 3 to 4
- Garlic … 4 Cloves
- Ginger … 1 Inch Piece
- Fennel Seeds … 1 Tsp
- Coriander … 1 Tbsp
- Cumin Seeds … 1 Tsp
- Cloves … 5 to 6
Diet Baked Yogurt Chicken Recipe Cooking Steps
First of all lightly fry cumin seeds, curry leaves, cloves and coriander on iron griddle.
Place these fried ingredients into a blending jug.
Also add fennel seed, chopped ginger, red chili powder, whipped yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and salt and turmeric powder into the blending jug.
Blend all these ingredients well together to make marinating paste.
Pierce the chicken pieces with a knife.
Roll chicken pieces into the marinating mixture and leave for half an hour.
Grease oven tray with olive oil and place chicken on it.
Bake chicken into a preheated oven on 200 degrees for about half an hour.
Diet bake yogurt chicken is ready to serve.
