Chicken Ginger Recipe Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken, Cut into Strips … ½ kg
  • Red Chilli Powder … 1 tsp
  • Salt … 1 tsp
  • Yogurt … 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste … 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes, Chopped … 2
  • Green Chilies, Cut into Strips … 3
  • Ginger, Sliced … 2 tbsp
  • Milk … ¼ Cup
  • Mint Leaves, Chopped … 2 tbsp

Chicken Ginger Recipe Cooking Steps

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add the sliced ginger.

Step 2: Toss in the boneless chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3: Next add the ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, tomatoes and yogurt. Mix all the spices well and coat the chicken in it.

Step 4: Fry well till the oil forms a separate layer on top.

Step 5: Finally add the milk cook until gravy thickens.

Step 6: Garnish with chopped mint, green chillies.

Serve hot with naan.
