Easy Mayo Chicken Croquettes Recipe Cooking Steps
Chop chicken along with green chili, salt, black pepper and mustard paste; keep aside.
Boil carrots, peas and sweet corn.
Chop all the other mentioned vegetables in a chopper.
Take a bowl; add carrot, peas, sweet corns and all the chopped vegetables, grated cheddar cheese and make a thick mixture.
Spread a little of the chicken mixture onto your palm, place vegetable mixture in the center and shape into oval or round kebab. Follow the same procedure for making all chicken croquettes.
Dip the chicken croquettes into beaten egg; coat breadcrumbs and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
