Cheese Mayo Chicken Curry with Egg Recipe Cooking Steps
Crush ginger and garlic together and golden fry them in preheated cooking oil in a pot.
Add chicken and salt and fry till chicken turns whitish in color. Add 1 cup water and cover the lid of the pot. Let the chicken get tender over low flame. Crush green chilies, green cardamom and cumin seed.
When the water in the chicken remains half; add the green chili and other crushed ingredients and again cover the lid.
When chicken starts giving up aroma, stir the curry for few minutes and then add into it the juvenile shape cut capsicum and boiled (cut into juvenile shape) egg white. Fry for a minute, leave after covering for another single minute.
Whip mayonnaise and cream thoroughly and add this creamy mixture into the curry stir for a single minute, add mint leaves and cover the pot again.
Switch the flame off and serve hot with chapatti.
