  • Chicken (Mince) … ½ kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste … 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (Ground) … 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (Ground) … 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder … 1 ½ tsp
  • Seekh Kabab Masala … 2 tbsp
  • Cheese (Grated) … 4 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise … 2 tbsp
  • Eggs (Beaten) … 2
  • Red Chilies (Crushed) … 1 tsp
  • Red Chilies (Crushed) … 1 tsp

Butter Paper Seekh Kabab Recipe Cooking Steps

Step 1:

Separate butter papers, mayonnaise, cheese and beaten eggs from all other ingredients.

Step 2:

Now marinate chicken mince along with the other ingredients except the separated ones; make seekh kababs and let them set for an hour.

Step 3:

Roll Seekh Kababs into butter paper and then stuff them with grated cheese and butter paper.

Step 4:

Seal seekh kababs by glazing beaten eggs on the edges.

Step 5:
