Bigharay Kabab Recipe

Bighary kabab Ingredients:

Beef mince …. ½  kg
Gram masala …. 1 tsp
Red chili …. 2 tbsp
Ginger/garlic paste …. 2 tbsp
Tomato paste …. 1/4 kg
Salt according …. to taste
Black pepper …. 1 tsp
Fried onion …. one (medium)
Curry leaves …. 2 to 3
Cumin seeds …. 1 tbsp
Cooking oil …. 5 tbsp
Basin …. 5 tbsp
Whole red chili …. 4 to 5

Bighary kabab Preparation Method:

Add fried onion, gram masala, basin, black pepper, red chili powder, salt and ginger garlic paste into beef mince and grind well. Peel off tomato and make a paste of it. Make your palms wet with some water and make kabab shapes of your choice with the grounded mince. Take a deep pan and add tomato paste, red chili, and salt and let it simmer. When the color of the paste turn to red and make a thick form, add the kabab into it along with half cup of water and cover the pan. Let the beef kabab cook on low flame for almost 10 minutes till the curry make thick paste. Take another pan put it on flame and pour 4to5 table spoon of cooking oil, whole red chili, curry leaves, and cumin seeds and fry them till a fume comes out of them. Add this bighar over the kabab and cover for 10 minutes after switching the stove off so that a trendy taste and fume may come out of the curry. Bighary kabab are ready to serve. Enjoy a trendy taste with prathas.
