Beef Burger Patty Recipe Ingredients
- Beef (Minced) … 1/2 kg
- Onions (chopped) … 1-2
- Corn Flour … 2 tbsp
- Salt … To taste
- Black Pepper Powder … 1/2 tbsp
- Oil to fry … As per requirment
Beef Burger Patty Recipe Cooking Steps
Step 1: For making beef patties, you have to put minced beef, chopped onions plus salt and pepper powder in a grinder and grind them well; it will help to get it fully mixed.
Step 2: Now add corn flour and mix with a spoon.
Step 3: After that take a handful of that mixture or the amount you require to make a single patty and give it a round patty shape.
Step 4: Repeat this step with rest of the mixture and then take a skillet.
Step 5: Heat oil in that skillet and fry all the patties.
And your beef burger patties are ready to be used in making burger.
