- Brown Sugar … 1 Cup
- Butter … 1/4 Cup
- Whipping Cream … 1/3 Cup
Apple Cake Recipe Cooking Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl add the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Combine well and set aside.
- In another bowl combine the eggs, oil, apple juice and vanilla essence.
- Stir in the apples and nuts.
- Add the egg mixture to dry ingredients.
- Spread the prepared batter in a greased pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Now in a small saucepan combine the brown sugar, butter and cream. Cook and stir till the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool slightly.
- Drizzle the warm sauce over the apple cake, so it can seep into the cake.
